This gym is constantly making improvements and upgrading equipment. The latest complete remodel turned out much better than I was expecting. With the fresh look, new equipment, and friendly staff... this is the place to go in and around hollister.

Ana is the best Zumba teacher if you want to have fun while dancing it’s her!! She actually cares for her students makes them feel welcome and if you need a trainer Leo is your guy!!

Very very clean gym, the equipment all works, love the women’s only small gym area as well. Staff is all very friendly and always helpful. Management is very professional and will address any concerns right away.

I recently paid for a week's membership to try out the gym. I enjoyed my time and decided to turn the week into a monthly membership. I spoke to the front desk and they mentioned it was possible but the front desk attendant was unable to do it since only the manager was able to do that. I just got off the phone with Sandra and since they had already charged me the monthly fee she now states they can no longer apply the weekly pass to my monthly statement. The staff is not helpful and the manager is incompetent.

Please take your money elsewhere. Not to totally trash the place: It’s a decent gym with alright spacing; however the membership plans and customer service is horrible.

You would think: for a job where a worker could get commission per membership sale, that they’ll be motivated right?
Not this gym. I’m convinced that the workers here only get paid hourly because even tho I spoke on the phone, before arriving, about purchasing a membership, they still gave horrible customer service once I arrived in person.

No common sense for sales and customer interaction.

PLEASE IMPROVE THE WIFI! This would’ve been a 5-Star Review, if the wifi weren’t a 1 out of 5. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The gym itself is in great shape, as well. The only improvements would be in better wifi, more work out mats, and more parking accommodations.

I was a proud golds gym member for years until this last 7 months when suddenly I owe 300$ for my wife and me when my card expired. I paid up and cancelled our membership, but received a letter from Golds legal department saying we still owed almost 200$! I sent proof we paid and still got harassment letters threatening to report this to credit department for non payment.
The gyms fine and the employees are great but If I could give this gym’s management negative five stars I would.

Their workers recorded the wrong email address and sent my bill to an email I never received. Months later, they text me and say they are sending my fees to collections. Not once did they call and ask where I have been for the last few months.

I’ve also voiced my opinion about their equipment on facebook with my friends, and the manager at the time called and asked me to take down my comments—instead of fixing the issues we had a problem with.

I’ve been coming to this facility for 8 years and this is by far the worst it’s been operated and managed. This gym doesn’t care about their members, and only contact you if they want something from you.
