I've known Coach George for over fifteen years. He's a great coach, extremely knowledgeable, and very creative in his approach to fitness, strength, and overall training. I love working out at Garage Gym Kendall because we're basically a big family there. Everyone is welcome and encouraged from the moment they walk in. I recommend this gym to anyone interested in fitness, strength, fat loss, and improving their physical and mental well being.

The best place in Kendall to get an amazing workout and not have to feel pressured. I have had the pleasure to know George for over 10 years he is an amazing individual and when it comes to his clients individuals fitness level he works with you because he knows no two individuals are the same.

You want a trainer who is always in your corner and that is what you will always find here at the Garage Gym always challenging never boring you find a family. In fact he is now training my teen daughter. Looking forward to the future.

I have been a member of Garage Gym since 2003. It is a family atmosphere. Great place to train and let out any stress you may be enduring. The place is well kept and clean. They have a good sterlization structure going. The work outs are very unique and effective. I totally recommend this gym to everyone.

We all know what it’s like belonging to big name gyms...endless crowds, waiting on equipment, little to no help on the proper way to exercise for maximum results. Or better yet trainers who look like they’ve never lifted a dumbbell.

I have never understood people who enjoy working out... until I started here. At a regular gym I genuinely had no clue what I was doing. At Garage Gym the exercises are creative and focused, Coach George guides/encourages you throughout your exercise. It’s easy to enjoy working out when the workouts he designs truly leave you feeling powerful, winded, but powerful. After starting here I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

GG has been my gym for the past 7 plus years., it is more than a gym is like a little family. At 62 I want to be healthy and stay active. I don’t want to be a burden for my children, I want to be the fun grandmother and run around with my grandkids. George and the GG help me achieve that. George is a great coach, he understands that we all do not have the same level of fitness and his Workout adjust to our needs, but at the same time, he push us enough to reach the level of fitness that each individual wants to achieve. The workout is a total of 20 minutes and with the warm up you can be in and out in 30 minutes, there are also bikes, row machines or ask Coach for more.... if you will like to do a little extra.
