I've been going here for over 4 years and I love this place! Great coaches and great people! The workouts are challenging but they tailor it to what you can do and build from there. I love starting my day with the 5am class!

Green Valley Crossfit is the Real Deal. Great people, great facility. A very passionate group of trainers and owners. They definitely have your best interest in mind. They now offer one on one training and youth classes. Highly recommend going down and talking to Jay & Jesse and checking it out.

Big, safe gym with an abundance of top of the line equipment. The coaches and members were very welcoming and patient with teaching. Very new-comer friendly. Thank you! I’ll will be back 🙂

The Coaches are amazing and everyone there is super friendly! I’ve been to a couple CrossFit gyms where coaches didn’t want to waste their time on a newbie but that is not the case at GVCF! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to reach their goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or just trying to get in better shape!

The trainer is extremely unprofessional. The "gym" was one of the most toxic environments. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this place and go to a real crossfit gym with professional trainers and not some amateur place like this
