Condo was beautiful with the pool outside the door on the 1st floor. The beach was easily accessible right across the street with with a wooden walk down just a bit down the street for one's that may have some mobility issues on soft sand . Our unit was on the end and had great views as I'm sure the middle units would as well. Gas station right next door so it can be a little "trafficy" but quiet inside very calm area safe for walkers/bikes...no complaints here 🙂 we loved it

My family stayed in condo 110….let me just say we will never stay in that place again. Never have we ever went and stayed somewhere so nasty. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of paradise shores because we loved the location, short walk to the beach and the pool, all of those were nice. When we first walked in I immediately noticed a sour smell, later found out that it was the washing machine. We booked for 2 nights with 6 guest and were only given 2 towels and 2 wash clothes in each bathroom. The master bathroom shower drain was so full of hair the water wouldn’t rinse down the drain. Had to pull it out before we could shower. There’s a closet in the bathroom but no hangers. Theirs is a very big dresser which was nice but the bedside table had a dirty diaper bedside it and the bed. There is access to the WiFi if you can figure out how to connect to it. Cooked supper the first night and the first plate I took out the cabinet looked like someone had just finished eating off it, the forks also still had food on them and the hanging wine glasses clearly had sticky drink stuck to them. Needless to say I washed every dish before I used it. Ice maker doesn’t work or the stove fan. There’s no where to sit in the living room other than the pull out couch or at the dining table. The balcony looked like it had never been swept, they have a table and chairs but can’t get from one side to the other due to the spacing. The whole place was just an outdated mess. I’ve never left a bad review until now. This was my family’s last little vaycay before school starts back and it was just disgusting. Don’t you dare look at the bottom of your feet!! They will be black. 10/10 do not recommend room 110!!!

The condo was in a very good location. My grandson loved the pool and the hot tub although the temperature was in the 90s. Our condo was just steps from the pool. Perfect for seeing the ocean. Our only complaint would be the cost per night.

This location is great. Walking to the beach is extremely easy and only takes a few seconds. The pool isn’t very big but we just stayed at the beach for the most part. they have a hose you can use before entering the building to get the sand off. two elevators (one on the right side is a little sketchy and slow) left one is fine. they keep it very clean and it’s also very quiet! you don’t hear much. the walls are insulated very nicely. we have a 3 year old who’s very vocal and i was worried about someone hearing and getting upset but you really can’t hear anything through these walls. I would recommend staying here! overall positive experience

Nice complex. Condo was very spacious. Be aware they are building back up in the area after the hurricane of 2018 and there is a house going up right on the beach directly in front of this condo which does block the view a bit. The maintenance guys there Scott and Randy are awesome. They helped us out tremendously when we were not able to reach our vacation rental company while we were locked out of the complex during check in. P. S. (Don't ever use Seastay vacation rentals) the codes they gave us for check in were completely wrong and did not work and we were never able to get in touch with them the entire 7 days we were there! Other than the rental company, everything else was great. You do have to cross hwy 98 which can be busy during peak season. Also, you know this condo can withstand a hurricane. The covered parking under this condo is great! If your rental company gives you the correct access to it of course, unlike seastay did with us.

This is a difficult one. Parking and building access is good. Luggage carriers offered at elevators. The condo was was great once we got access. The facilitator gave wrong door access code and extremely hard to make contact with. The beach is across the street and is heavily traveled hwy. Nice pool. Pool has loungers, tables, umbrells and chairs. Beach has soft sand and difficult to walk in and no bike riding on the beach.
