We had a wonderful stay here. Our unit was very clean. Right on the beach. Not too far from several restaurants. Has a in ground pool, which I believe is heated.

Absolutely disgusting No care.Slimy Carpet was a fall hazard The lobby is full mold.Construction is at night 5 machines all night long.Could not sleep. No kids allowed. Dog poo everywhere!

Staying at 203b.did not have any scizzors.2 face cloths provided for 2 week stay.no lighter for grill no sponge for dishes not very well equipped for small stuff. I've stayed at other condo here and they were well provided with stuff. Oh no shower matt the shower was slippery. Furniture uncomfortable .but worse of all the BED. mattress covered with plastic.would not provide a mattress cloth cover so the cheap sheets kept falling off and slid around for every movement in the bed.also this plastic cover make it very warm in bed and has an order of plastic

We rented our condo 906C from Kathy Nesbit at the end of August 2024, and let me tell you if you’re having any doubts about going - GO!! The room was absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Yes there is construction all over the Island, but truthfully it didn’t bother us at all. We were very pleasantly surprised by how many businesses were back and excited to see what else will be up and running the next time we visit. The beach is amazing!!! The water was a pretty greenish color and clear some days , you could see your feet waist deep and other days it was brownish and cloudy(storms!) , but still beautiful. The shells were everywhere!!!! If you walk down the beach towards Lovers Key you will find a huge plethora of shells. So if you’re having doubts, just go!! The businesses need you and the beach is calling!!!

Fantastic vacation location! Well appointed units, new pickleball and tennis courts, beautiful back, nice pool and friendly people! We had a great time relaxing watching birds, dolphins and manatees on the beach. We can't wait to come back!

Very good location. Lots of construction but that did not bother us at all, to be expected. Nice size pool and very nice people. Short access to the beach.

I would NEVER stay here again. I have a disabled son and they told me my music was too loud. When I told them I had it loud so my son could here the vibrations and I had already asked everyone at the pool if they were okay with the music being loud they said they were okay with it. But the staff said word for word “we let’s turn the music up and see when your deaf son can hear it because he won’t.” Got stuck in the elevator and found a rat at the pool who we had to kill ourselves because there was no staff to be found. I also was told if I keep my music on they would call the police on me. The beach was terrible with fleas biting me nonstop which they never said on their reviews. Due to a hurricane last year the beach is trashed but of course they had no updated pictures so I paid full price for a beach I could not attend. Then while others were playing music at the pool the staff proceeded to tell me they would again call the police on me because they already told me to turn it off but I was not playing music and the staffs response was “well all you people look the same so I assumed it was you playing the loud music.” No rules are posted on the first floor about anything we got “in trouble for.” Also we were on the 6th floor and it smelled like cat litter, fleas everywhere, and very rude staff. I would NOT stay here every again or wish this experience on anyone. TERRIBLE place to stay!
