Catalina Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Its location is incredibly convenient, with schools, grocery stores, and more within walking distance. The staff truly stand out—they're welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about the tenants.

Benita, in particular, is a hardworking and dedicated woman who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and happy in their apartments. Maintenance is top-notch as well—Mr. Ed deserves special mention for his excellent work in keeping everything running smoothly.

The apartments themselves are wonderful, and with just a little decorating, they easily transform into a cozy and inviting home.

Overall, I highly recommend Catalina Apartments to anyone looking to rent <3 me and my family are happy in our little home, and are incredibly grateful to be here!!

I have lived at Catalina Club Apartments for the last 3 years and it's been great! It is conveniently located and is a spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment, just perfect for my needs. I love that the apartments are quiet, which makes it a very peaceful place to live and that's a huge plus for me! But what really sets these apartments apart from any other place you could choose to live is Benita (Property Manager) not only is a she professional but she is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Benita is friendly, helpful and also incredibly efficient at her job and handling any issues that may arise. I have never had a problem that wasn't handled in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great place to live with an exceptional manager, I highly recommend these apartments!

I've lived in Catalina Club for six years now. I really enjoy living here. The neighbors are friendly, all the dogs who live here love the daily treats from the maintenance guy, and Benita is the very best property manager that I've ever had. She takes care of issues immediately, she is very well organized, and she is the kindest person I know. It's a great place to live!

I must say Benita the property manager is the most responsive to repair requests I have ever been involved with. Very kind and courteous at all times. Repairs from Ed (maintenance man) and the dog treats he hands out are top notch. I would recommend Catalina Club to anyone looking for an apartment.

Convenient location. Spacious and well maintained apartment and Manager is awesome!
Anything we'v needed she and her maintenance crew are there. Grounds keeper maintains property clean and tidy. It's a quiet community and friendly neighbors.

Bonita the property manager at Catalina Club does an exemplary job for the owner of the property. She is always professional and works hard every day to solve problems that arise on the property daily. There are issues that is out of her control. Examples would be the pool equipment broken for years, the venting system in the units (black mold) and other issues that the property OWNER need to address. My time living at Catalina Club was good with the help of Bonita. All the work orders I requested was done in record time. Rent is high everywhere these days. I am fortunate it was not a struggle for
me too much, however there are tenants that live there and work hard at 2 jobs to make the rent.... These people deserve a better quality of life since they are paying that amount of rent every month. A nice community pool would be nice for starters.
The owners J&B Catalina Club LLC needs to take responsibility for the quality of their apartments, and not pass the buck to the Property manager. One person can only do so much!!! Give the hard-working people what they are paying for. A decent, safe and relaxing place to call home. Bonita keep up the great work!

Very nice experience overall!! There are beautiful apartments and very nice landscaping,not just for those good afternoon walks but,also for the pets to enjoy as well! A++

Everything is a patch job shower tiles are put on with dry wall mud. Tile floors are hollow on almost the whole apartment. The pool has been green for 4 years plus which make the mosquitoes terrible apartments have cockroaches. Toilet are cracked and also leak from floor due to flange and wax Ring water valves to turn water on an off leak. Hinges on cabinets and doors are also rusty drawers stuck or broken sliding glass doors are hard to open or come off tracks ac vents are all rusty and have been painted over multiple Times can’t See out of the pep hole on front door And back porch screen just pops out and shreds upon touching because of how old it is ask the office manager Bonita for maintenance and nobody ever comes She also stated that the properties haven’t been updated since the property was built so electrical is not code and outlets with GFI for bathroom and kitchen areas are not up-to-date with test and reset GFI‘s or every 4 foot as Florida State code states also, the rent has been raised $200 every year for the last three which makes the rent Over $1600 for a two bedroom with no amenities Besides water included definitely do not recommend this apartment to anyone
