Really great (1st time) experience.

Was nothing what I thought it would be like.... a normal vape shop). It's better.
This place is very relaxed and welcoming coming inside.
The staff was excellent. They are very knowledgeable on their products they are selling.
In addition, ask the staff about the gaming nights (if you are a gamer).
DND, CardsAgainstHumanities, playstation and more. Such a great atmosphere and interaction as a brand new shopper.

In addition have a bar to the left side.
Definitely a wonderful place to go and get your products.

Yesterday I went to this awesome vape shop. I've been here before to buy juices but yesterday I needed a whole new set up. The have great customer service very attentive. They answer all your questions and know what they're talking about. I've been to other stores and some places aren't like this. This store also has a great variety of juices to chose from they also give great flavor recommendations. They also have a reward program where after 200 points or 300 you can get a free 30ml bottle. They have great deals pretty much all year round. This place definitely stands out.

Six-Month Update:
Ohm Life Vapor is still hands-down the best store around to get your vaping supplies and relax for a bit. Environment is chill, friendly, and staff are always falling over themselves to help. Drama is kept to non-existent levels and those causing commotion are not tolerated. Non 5-star reviews left here, are almost exclusively from these dramatic customers. The happy customers only see five stars when walking through these doors.

Ohm Life is unequivocally a gem of Winter Haven. I have been visiting this establishment for a while now, before writing this review and am disappointed it took me this long. If you are looking for a laid back place to relax and have a drink, then look no further.

The location is always spotless, well-maintained, and staffed by professionals that know what they are talking about. The atmosphere is friendly and I have never seen anyone treated like a stranger.

The product selection is incredible and Ohm does their best to ensure quality and variety are available at an affordable price.

Not often do I enjoy parting with my money at a business, but at Ohm Life I am thrilled to help support this awesome group of people.

Had a great shopping experience today at Ohm vape store. I didn’t have to wait until I was helped, I walked in and was greeted immediately by Matt. Matt was very knowledgeable of the different products and was very helpful with my questions. He not only helped me decide which vape kit to purchase, he walked me through the entire set up and how the whole thing works.
I didn’t have to figure out how it works on my own. Matt made sure I was able to walk out the door and ready to use. I highly recommend Ohm vape shop if you’re searching for a new vape mod, kit, or pen. They also have one of the largest selection of vape juice that I have ever seen in any store, they also have a pool table, bar, and foosball table. They are definitely worth checking out if you are ever in the Winter Haven area.

They had a wide variety of vape, bud, and edible products. The atmosphere inside was very calm and induced a chill vibe which made it more welcoming. The guy we spoke with when purchasing flower was very kind and curteous and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend that you check them out if you're in the area!
