Excellent gym. Glad I joined. Still very early in my journey here but I know for a fact I’ll be sticking around. At this stage, 1-2 classes a week is what I do but that will deff pickup. Coach Donavan, Coach Joe and others have been very welcoming. Fun place to blow off some steam, get a good sweat, and perfect your craft in martial arts. Highly recommended. ATT!!!

My daughter went here the entire summer before Kindergarten to help with the adjustment from daycare to school. We could not believe the amount of respect she learned and her "I can" attitude. I can't say enough positive things about my first training session here at ATT Longwood. I was intimidated and nervous at first as I'm new to BJJ and sparring but immediately felt better with the quality of the training staff and friendliness of the group. I was pushed out of my comfort zone by Joey and he gave excellent pointers in my technique that made a difference. A great workout with new friends and feeling more confident are what's in store here. Highly highly recommend!!

I brought my 9 yr old daughter and my 12 yr old boy to American top team 6 months ago. I can truly say that I am certain that I brought them to the right place. A wonderful display of diversity. Instructors are extremely attentive with all of the children, usually three and four instructors give the same attention to all kids. I have seen the level of confidence in my children rise. If you’re shopping for a mix martial arts experience for your child or adult this is an environment I definitely recommend.

This place is awesome! I’ve been training here since I was a child. My mom brought me here because I was getting in trouble in school. Now, I’m 18, I’ve competed in Jiujitsu and Muay Thai and the training has helped me stay on track and focused on the future. The training is phenomenal, the coaches are high level, and they are some of my best friends.

This is a wonderful place to learn martial arts with an excellent facility and instructors! I especially enjoy that this is a family friendly and diverse community environment. My 5 yr old nephew is learning so much here and loves his teachers.
