Love this place very much. Many payment plans and I have been going for three years. It’s easy and I pay $15/month! Clean equipment and haven’t seen any issues. Staff is amazing and so are the people there. Need a spot? Just ask, muscle men are made like teddy bears here

Tried to go as a guest. Customer rep was a surly and so annoyed he had to get up from his seat to point a guest to the waiver. After the collect all your data, they want a picture. Privacy is a serious concern and I’m not doing it. Too many companies collect data and sell it. I offered to pay, all I want is a workout on the road, and these guys want to make it a hassle and be rude about it too. Hard pass, thanks.

They have the best equipment. You can scan the QR codes on the equipment to see how to use certain ones if you don’t know how to. Everything is easily accessible. They have awesome memberships, and you have a lot included. Tanning, massage beds, and kid care as well for up to 2 hours. Will continue to go here, love the service as well.

I don’t like the way this gym handles cancellations and I bet you won’t either. I have used other gyms that handle cancellations much better. Good luck.

If you want to cancel you have to pay them for another month of gym membership. I was moving out of state and they charged me for two months of gym membership that I can't use as they don't have facilities at my new place. Charging me for two months when I haven't used your gym in almost three is wrong and you know it.

*Oh yeah it's in the agreement papers but how about you don't hide it in the papers that there is a mandatory charge for an entire month that I won't be in the gym you scam artists. You're like a damn leech on peoples heels. Plus your showers have almost no water pressure. I spend the nights at your gym during the unmanned hours, rack all my weights, leave no trash, and was fine paying $26 a month. I prefer my charity to help people that actually need it, not snakes

Our group of co workers started working out there recently, and we were constantly harassed by manager/staff. Our group never bothered anyone there but the manager felt like he was missing money because we didn’t pay for a personal trainer. The manager/staff is not interested in your fitness goals or physical health! They’re just worried about a dollar they can make off someone. Do not go to this gym unless you want to be in a toxic environment.

Absolutely phenomenal staff!

I was in town for a work function. I usually frequent the Gulfport, MS location. Due to a different billing system, they weren't able to find me in their system, but they worked with me and allowed entry after completing some e-forms. Everyone was very accommodating and kind! Thank you!
