Ok, it started off a little weird. No Dr Pepper. I can live with that. No French fries. What the heck. So after waiting 45 minutes for my burger I was all set to give a poor review. But then my burger arrived, towering over the plate. (It was the quarteback burger). And it was very tasty. I totally enjoyed it. It was Everything you want in an over the top burger. And my server Katelyn kept a positive attitude going through the whole thing. She was just the icing on the burger.

BEST FOOD IN ALL OF PUTNAM!!! I kid you not! People who know me, know how I am about food and eating out. Since moving to Putnam in 2020 we have been in search of places to make our spot for date nights. Yeah there's the Black Dog, meh, overrated; and the Courthouse, yawn, but let me introduce you to The Quarterback Club! This guy is the real deal! Walking through the door we honestly didn't expect much giving it's location. We were quite surprised to see the decor and the welcoming atmosphere! (Limited to characters so trust me on the decor) Getting straight to service. We sat ourselves at one of the tables across from the bar. I ordered a house margarita and my hubby a Coors Light bottle. (This is where we lose a star ⭐) One of those aluminum bottles without a glass and a premixed margarita ? I was quickly losing hope for the remainder of our visit. Our server/bartender was perfectly lovely and attentive. She made up for the margarita with a fresh made espresso martini! Phenomenal! No muss! No fuss! Just full of flavor and you could feel the vodka! Onto our meal! We started with the Halftime Combo that had hand cut and breaded pickles and button mushrooms and some pre-breaded zucchini sticks! BEST FRIED PICKLES EVER! The cucumber wasabi sauce was perfect as well! We both got the Quarter back Burger. Ridiculous is the only word I can think of to describe this mountain on a tray! Piled high with a heap of moist, sweet and tangy pulled pork and super crunchy full sized onion rings! See the pictures to get the full effect! I like medium rare and my hubby likes medium and they were absolutely cooked to perfection! BEST BURGER I've had anywhere in a long long time! Natural cut fries could use a good seasoning when they come out of the fryer though. A nice sprinkling of sea salt or even kosher salt. And God bless the server who knows to bring a bottle of malt vinegar to the table when you order them! Did I mention you get more of the delicious half sour, NOT DILL, pickles with your meal? ? I'll be singing their praises to anyone I know looking for somewhere to go in Putnam!

The first thing that stood out was its charming and aesthetically pleasing decor. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the food was great!

One thing to note is that the bar can get quite busy on certain days, which can sometimes result in a bit of a wait. However, the lively atmosphere more than makes up for it. Overall, it's a wonderful place to enjoy great food and drinks in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

$14 for these nachos was really a insult, burn chips, cold cheese, a truck load to diced tomatoes and some red onion. Definitely passing on those next time. Pizza ok

Excellent Pizza, crust was perfect. Garlic Parmesan wings were excellent and not those tiny things you get at most places. I had the Hawaiian Pizza with the Garlic Parmesan wings and a couple ice cold Guinness on tap. My first time there but I'll be back. Highly recommended.

I first looked at the menu and I thought by the looks and sound of it, it must be good. The pizza was absolutely horrible last night. It was a complete mess and thrown together. Half of it was burnt and then the sauce was falling off the crust. The bacon was whole slices just placed on top as if they forgot to put the bacon on and then just added it. The chicken was shredded and plain and dry and I couldn’t even really chew half of it. The pretzel sticks were good but the cheese dipping sauce was gross tasting. I feel like it had been sitting in the sauce cup for awhile too. Definitely not a fan. I feel like they were either really busy and just “threw the crap” together or the cook on shift was not good at all. There’s an art to making good pizza and this was a complete let down/fail. Especially for how much I paid. 10$ for 4 pretzel sticks and $20 for a pizza I couldn’t even finish eating. The wait time was 40 mins when I called. It seemed as if the stuff had been sitting for awhile too when I got the order. I am wondering if the quality would change w the cooks because I feel it does have potential.

Last year a Togo pizza bottom burnt. This year tried again last night. Pizza bland,salty hardly anything on it and they forgot garlic on a garlic pizza
