Outdoor pool great and well maintained however they close it to soon in the fall. The indoor pool isn't well maintained, often dirty, ceiling falling down sometimes into the water. They didn't do maintenance when the outdoor pool was open and now the indoor pool is closed foe repair. They invested thousands of dollars into a new weight lifting room but don't seem to care about their swimmers and families who use the pool year round. I know its a business and they have priorities, however they need to consider their year round members.

I have never had a worse experience in my life!!! I was a member for over ten years! When management changed the place became very unclean! The cleaning staff were unprofessional and always causing problems with members! If you disagree with management she was not responsible and would only threaten to cancel your membership! This gym is bot good for all family members I recommend the YMCA!!!!

Growing up the PAC was the gym that everyone went to or wanted to go to. I left pueblo to serve in the Navy in 2011. They wouldn't work with me to break my contract given I would no longer be able to use it. However when I would return home I didn't let that affect my support to them. I would often get day passes as I loved the environment and memories I had in the facility. Years passed the equipment remained the same but cost would go up. As of April 2024 I visited pueblo again and noticed changes to better the facility which was nice. Fast forward to this past week I visited pueblo and arrived as always just to be told they no longer provide day passes unless you are with a current member. The young lady couldn't provide information on the matter and no one entertained my questions and I was just told sorry. I understand the current gentrification happening in Pueblo which is driving most folks out. However with these current practices and the way I was treated I will no longer support this business.

Nice big gym. Some of the equipment is old but they are currently updating a lot of things. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. And the rates are really good especially for families and they provide daycare.

I have been participating in water aerobics for going on 3 months now. I have found all of the instructors to be very helpful. This morning classes have been very motivating and great for low maintenance exercising in the water. Most of the participants seem to be very supporting of each other. I am so glad that I began these sessions!

When a friend of mine's son who was a member of this club was using the facilities to train in preparation for joining the Navy. He was told to shut his work out down in the pool early 20 min prior to posted hours when he only had two laps to go in his training routine, simply because employees wanted to close early. Because my friend did not agree with this his membership was revoked. This is a great kid who is working full time and training after work and on weekends. He has been training hard to prepare himself to serve in the defense of our country. As a 22-year Navy veteran I am appalled. If you are serious about your fitness or workout goals do not use this gym!

We have been members since moving to Pueblo a year and a half ago. We chose this gym because it has a great walking track for me and great spin classes for my husband. It has a stretching cage I have never seen before which I love. They have indoor and outdoor pools and I have always felt the club was clean, although I don't shower at the gym. I do wish they had more machines and ones geared toward all heights, because I am short and am limited in the ones I can use. I'm happy that they have rowers, also. Lots of classes for those who like them. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Since the new owners took over late last year or earlier this year, there have been significant improvements to the facility. I would have given it 3.5 stars before.

i like the pac and i go there sometimes to get a day pass because i don’t go enough to get a membership and the other day i went and the new blonde girl who works on tuesdays was really snotty and she gave really bad customer service she also didn’t let me get a day pass even tho i’ve never had a problem with it in the past
