$40 to use a court for one hour with my own ball machine is overpriced. I dropped off my racquet three more than weeks ago and it took them over three weeks to return it to me. I went to pick it up four days after they said it would be done, and it was nowhere in their shop. They had apparently taken it to Denver to be strung because the stringer here didn't work on my racquet. If they would've called to tell me I would've understood, but they didn't and just kept saying it wasn't done yet. After waiting this long, the racquet has the wrong strings and the tension is way off. They offered me free lessons and court time but after this kind of mistake, I won't be coming back. They also charged my card before doing the stringing, which is bad business. I'll take my racquets to the Springs or Denver where I can have them done correctly and promptly, and be charged after the work is complete.

This place is incredible!! My 7 and 5 year old only got to take lessons here for a half a year and it wasn't long enough. We had to move away and I'm now discovering that the teachers and they way they teach here is INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much Brandon and Brendon. We miss you so much!! I highly recommend this tennis center I also took a few lessons here. It is a wonderful place to learn for all ages!!

I have had multiple great experiences with the PTC staff. In particular, Mark Jacques, the general manager. I have taken a lesson from him and my game is much better for it. His professionalism, sincerity and passion for tennis are evident and have been demonstrated to me on multiple occasions.

The tennis center has improved over the past few years. There is more consistent management and the men's leagues have grown in numbers. Mr. Jaques has been accomodating to people's varying schedules. I look forward to their continued improvement of the facility.
