The OHM workout was short, sweet, and sweaty! And the instructor, Jamie, was awesome and full of energy and encouragement. She checked in with us individually often during the class and made the workout a lot of fun. Pic is from set up prior to the workout starting, and Jamie had all the mats, weights, and bands all ready to go for everyone. Thanks, Jamie! The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and gave us a each a cool towel after class.

I tried my first class at OHM earlier this week and the experience was amazing! Jen at the front desk was simply incredible! All the good adjectives apply! I had my classes with Mary and she was incredibly knowledgeable and also amazing! The staff truly was the highlight and created a safe comfortable space to get a really intense workout in! I 10/10 do recommend

I can't say enough about how amazing this fitness center really is, it stands alone in greatness. Only takes 25 minutes and you feel as if you did 1,000 setups and pushups when you walk out. And you are sore for days, sore in the best way! Plus they have red-light therapy and look at your body scan to track your progress over the months. Every instructor has been incredible and I just love the staff and owner - they are so kind and welcoming every time you walk in. So very highly recommended!!

A wonderful place to workout! The workout is challenging but fits easily into my busy schedule.The instructors are motivating and the staff up front is friendly and helpful! Cathy always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming! She even joined a class with me the other day which made the class much more fun!

It was so amazing ! The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful and kind! From the moment I walked in it felt welcoming and friendly. OHM is a 2 hour work out DONE in 25 min. I was a little nervous about what it would feel like in the suit but it was great . The instructor will turn it up or down depending on your comfort level and the class is short but sweet & FUN! I already made my next appointment for Wednesday… I throughly enjoyed my time there …oh, and to top it off the dressing rooms have a full body RED LIGHT therapy board ! Which is great for wrinkles scars and acne! I already see and feel a difference! I highly recommend checking out OHM IN LONE TREE! You can thank me later! ? Thank goodness I found this place! Jenn, Mary and Summer are the kindest, sweetest individuals and the ones I first met when I had my first session. I was nervous at first, but they put me at ease right away. Lemmy was my second coach and what a kind and sweet soul he is as well! So encouraging and inspirational. Come see Mary and Lemmy! Amazing coaches and amazing experience!
