Highly recommend CrossFit Gunnison! The owners/coaches are very knowledgeable and will work with you to meet your goals. I've had some minor injuries the past couple of years and the coaches have modified workouts and given me great suggestions to speed up my recovery. The gym community is welcoming and accepting of all ability levels and ages.

Absolutely changed my life.

When I started Crossfit, I was a 13-year-old chubby kid who could barely lift a 15-pound bar. I had never participated in a gym before.

Nate, Christi, Jim, and Josh were amazing coaches during my time. Nate trained me from the beginning, taught me the fundamentals, and perfected my form. Christi, Jim, and Josh were equally great coaches that I owe much of my current abilities to.

As of this review, I am 15, and the progress I’ve made in my strength cannot be understated. I’m writing this on my very last day of Crossfit, and I wouldn’t be lying if I said it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 5 stars.

For a CrossFit box of this caliber to exist in such a small town is pretty incredible. The owners are sincerely looking to get you to that next level no matter what your current level is.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the Coaches are amazing, knowledgable and can scale anything. I’ve been a member here nearly 2 years and I can confidently say, I’ve surpassed every goal I’ve had for myself.

You will be hard-pressed to find another box with people who care as much as these owners do. For them, it’s about the people, the community and giving back to their members. 10/10 I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Gunnison.

Whether it’s your first class, or your 500th. You’ll absolutely be glad you’re here.
