They don’t have proper bear traps on their dumpsters. Imagine walking your dog in this environment with a grizzly going through the trash. No response at all from management. They simply don’t care because the demand here is so high.

Since I have lived here everyone has been very respectful, they treat me kindly and always say Hello when I come by. In unit washer and dryer are a great addition on top of the amenities, club house has a modern & sleek design. The management team here is very kind and are always keeping everything in order.

They don’t have protection locks for bears on their dumpsters. Management team is completely unresponsive. It’s dangerous to live here beyond the cheap building structure. Office is always empty and no response from property management. They simply don’t care.

I had a decent experience living at 6 West Apartments. The only big con was the price, just like any other place in the valley. However, I moved out at the end of June and have received zero communication about my security deposit. I understand these things can take time, but I’d appreciate an update at the very least. I’ve sent three emails to the property manager, Tiffany, and have left a voicemail at the office with zero response to anything. I had the same issue while living there with Tiffany not responding to an email. I had to go into the office to ask the same question, and she mentioned that she had seen the email. Not responding to multiple emails is beyond unprofessional, but maybe a google review will get her attention. Any communication would be appreciated.

6 West is such an awesome community! I am a big snowboarder and so is my cousin. My cousin actually moved to this community do to a job in the area. Since it is so conveniently located, I stay up here almost every weekend so my cousin and I can hit the slopes! I recently purchased a home or else I would totally move into one of their apartment homes. Clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking and dog friendly!

I’m a resident at 6 West apartments in Edwards Colorado moved in about 6 months ago and really like living here. The place is really large has a washer and dryer and a great patio with a view of the valley and mountains. Ryan DeGear the property manager has made my transition flawless. He has helped my every step of the way and is awesome. He even helped me when I was decorating the unit. I would rate Ryan and this community 5 stars. I would highly recommend this community.

My family and I moved into 6 West just a couple weeks ago- and we are so happy we did! Ryan, our management contact is/was a huge help. He made our transition into our new home a breeze. I have lived at the 6 west apartments for merely a month, and I have been greeted by 2 leaks in our ceiling; one of them soaking all the clothes I had on a self-made closet which was needed because the master bedroom didn't come with a closet. As stated in an other review, this basic apartment with thin walls and faulty pipe-work is far from luxurious. Would not recommend to anyone seeking peace of mind in their home.
