9 Rounds is the best workout experience I have ever had. I love this place! The trainers are awesome. This place is full of positive energy, great atmosphere, and excellent music. I normally train with Sasha and Rey they are fantastic. I’m so glad I found this gym. The workout is intense and I feel stronger and healthier than ever! It’s the best 30 minutes of my day. My daughter started coming to 9Rounds at the start of her high school year. In the beginning she was out of shape and felt like she was struggling. She usually gives up on herself. We love this place. They are very encouraging and motivating. They push her past her comfort. She’s learning proper techniques and to keep going. She sees and feels her progress. In this short time she is stronger, more flexible, improved energy, and best of all, her attitude towards herself is encouraging. The confidence it gives her is worth everything to me. Wonderful staff and owners. They are very professional and personal. They celebrate birthdays and milestones. This is a great atmosphere! I am so thankfully

I have been going to 9round for about 4 months now. The flexibility of dropping in whenever you are able to without having to reserve a specific class time (you can arrive as early as 6am) is extremely convenient for a busy person. The workouts kick your butt and its 30 minutes and you are done. I always walk out sweating profusely. It's also a great stress reliever. Additionally, I noticed I have trimmed up since starting. The combination of kicks and punches makes for a great workout. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a great buttkicking workout in 30 minutes!
